The motto at Hightower Creek Vineyards is ‘Good wine, good friends, good service’. The family-operated winery is located in scenic North Georgia, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. The vines are a mix of European grapes such as Cabernet Franc, Pinot Gris and Merlot, along with Native American and French American hybrids such as Norton, Traminette and Vignoles. Wines are crushed, fermented, aged and bottled on-site. Visitors are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the large deck after tasting some of the award-winning wines.
