After growing blackberries and keeping bees, this husband and wife run business turned a u-pick farm into Hall County’s first winery. Sweet Acre Farms Winery specializes in fruit, or “country wines,” using ingredients from the family’s farm and other state farms – including a peach wine aged in rum barrels from Georgia’s only rum distillery. This winery prides itself on being elegantly rustic and inviting with a wrap-around porch and lovely pasture views.
