Sunrise Planetarium

Located off Highway 53, East of Calhoun, Sunrise Planetarium invites you to explore the stars. Field trips and public showings reveal the solar system, galaxy, and beyond. Explore space at one of two planetarium shows, ride a mini-train and relax with a picnic lunch. The pavilion includes a serving table, seating for 80, and a large charcoal grill. The C&S Railroad takes groups through Quartz Canyon, into a snow tunnel, past a roundhouse, and more. At least one adult is required for every 15 children. Anyone 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Tobacco, alcohol products, and firearms are not permitted on the property.
