This trail system has become a destination for mountain bikers from around the United States. The Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association (SORBA) Woodstock Chapter was formed in March 2000 by a group of local mountain bikers. The all-volunteer group’s focus has been advocacy, mountain bike trail development, and trail maintenance in Cherokee County while also assisting with rides, festivals, and the advancement of off-road cycling throughout the southeastern United States.
